Return Policy and Rights to Change Your Mind

  1. Refund & Returns Policy

    Change of Mind / Returns
    If you’d like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to request a return.
    To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, as it was when received.

    Please note: return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or we’ve made an error.

    How to Start a Return

    Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
    Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items
    Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find an issue—such as damage, a fault, or an incorrect item—contact us right away so we can put it right quickly.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

    Refunds
    We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return.
    If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

    If an item shows significant wear or damage, a reduced refund may apply.
    For brand-new clubs, a partial refund will be issued if the original wrapping or cellophane has been removed.
    Return shipping will only be covered for items that are faulty or not as described.
